Mr Hanief treated my mother with kindness and respect on her diagnosis of breast cancer and during her mastectomy operation, she felt comfortable with him, cared for and trusted his judgment. He also had a great sense of humour which helped lighten a scary time for her and our family and put us at ease. A lovely man.
The only thing that let all the good work he and his breast cancer nurse colleagues down was the horrendous wait to be signed off at Wexham Park which took 9 hours.
However the ongoing treatment and care is fantastic, got to love the NHS

Mr Hanief has been patient and caring during my breast cancer journey, he has always explained clearly my options. His surgery skill was very successful. I feel secure in his care.

I have been seen by this surgeon both as a patient after breast surgery and as a mother whose daughter had the misfortune of having the same diagnosis and surgery 6 years after me. The calm, gentle, kind care received could not have been excelled anywhere. He is a marvellous man. I have no hesitation in recommending him----trust him implicitly---and was impressed by his patience and ability to listen to a very nervous patient. He instils confidence.

what a gentleman and brilliant person, could not do enough for me, would highly recommend his services to anybody very professional. Worth his weight in gold.
Never known a consultant like him, has marvellous bedside manner. Gave me full instructions and constantly kept me informed on procedures.

I currently work as a Consultant Oncoplastic Breast and Reconstructive Surgeon at Frimley Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust where I provide both NHS and Private services. I am Breast Surgical Lead at Parapet Breast Unit, King Edward the VII Hospital in Windsor. My areas of expertise and special interests are in breast cancer, breast reconstruction, benign breast surgery, and family history assessment I attained MSc Honours in General Surgical Sciences from London University and completed higher surgical training in UK. I have undertaken further training at Paris Breast Cancer Centre in providing most effective treatment for breast cancer, while minimising the impact on cosmetic and functional outcome. I would be more than happy to discuss breast related problems and can be flexible with appointment times to suit those with busy lifestyles. Show less
